Young Professionals
Rising Leaders
Rising Leaders is a training program specifically designed for individuals in the first 2 to 8 years experience in the public, private, or municipal sector who want to develop the tools, confidence, relationships, and perspectives needed to grow and find success in leadership. Rising Leaders provides a nurturing, supportive environment, a tools-based curriculum, and coaching and mentoring. The program's format includes site visits, group discussion, and collective problem-solving. Participating in Rising Leaders offers emerging leaders an important opportunity to prioritize their personal growth and expand their network –thus increasing their value-add within their current role and organization.

Alumni
Encore Program
The Encore Program is Leadership MetroWest’s targeted offering for individuals who have already graduated from the Leadership Academy. Encore offers alumni with an in-depth experience to connect with fellows alums and “relive” an Academy Day(s) through exclusive site visits and facilitated group conversations. Each year, alums have the opportunity to register for the full Encore series – or if preferred, sign-up for the individual programming days.
