Note: 2026 Meeting time may change based on Fall Availability.
Communications
- Shannon Giordano – Chair / 2026 Incoming Chair: Mary Kate Feeney
- Mission: Our committee’s role is to support LMW in communicating our mission. We do that by supporting the Executive Director in creating a monthly newsletter and by creating and sharing social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and in our Alumni Facebook group. Our current committee members are Shannon Giordano, Jamie Chapman, Aimee Siers, Kelsey Roth, Beth Reynolds, Mary Kate Feeney, and Renan Pinheiro. Currently we meet on the third Wednesday of the month at 8 a.m. on Zoom. Outside of meetings, we regularly reach out to alums in the community and board members to encourage them to share their news and engage with our content online.
- We’re seeking members who love to: stay connected with LMW Alumni, are passionate about communication, marketing, graphic design, and social media.
Program
- Jen Moran – Chair / 2026 Incoming Chair: Shannon Giordano
- Our Program Committee’s purpose is to support Leadership MetroWest with our signature events – Spring & Fall Breakfast. It also oversees Encore and our Annual Celebration Event. Our current committee members are Susan Nicholl, Cathy Miles, Reyad Shah, Laura Medrano, Denise Powers, Tiffany Lillie, Jamie Chapman. Currently we meet on the third Monday at 10am on Zoom.
- We seek members who love events! From organizing to facilitation. Nurturing relationships for speakers and panelists. We’d love to grow this group to include LMW tabling events, Alumni In Action (volunteering) and more AlumNights!
Revenue
- Stephanie Esposito – Chair / 2026 Chair
- Our committee’s purpose is to strengthen Leadership MetroWest’s (LMW) financial growth by implementing a diversified and comprehensive fundraising strategy that engages partners, businesses, foundations, and the organization’s ever-growing Alumni network. Our current committee members are Chris Brown, Jamie Chapman, Mishawn Davis-Eyene, Stephanie Esposito (chair), Jeanne Sherlock, and Aimee Siers. We meet on Zoom on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Governance
- Jamie Chapman – Chair / Seeking 2026 Chair
- Mission: Our committee’s role is to support LMW’s mission of obtaining talent for our organization’s Board of Directors and managing our bylaws. Our current committee members are Jamie Chapman, Reyad Shah, and Kevin Lopez. We meet as needed on Zoom, but more often during the board recruitment season of January-May. Outside meetings, we regularly connect with local leaders who have participated in the LMW Academy to build and nurture relationships and encourage recruitment to committees and our Board of Directors.
- We seek members who love documentation, operations, board development, SOPs, relationship building, and nonprofit rules and regulations.
Encore
- Aimee Siers – Chair / Seeking 2026 Chair
- The Encore Program is Leadership MetroWest’s targeted offering for individuals who have already graduated from the Leadership Academy. Encore offers alumni with an in-depth experience to connect with fellow alumni and “relive” an Academy Day(s) through exclusive site visits and facilitated group conversations. Each year, alumni have the opportunity to register for the full Encore series – or if preferred, sign up for the individual programming days. Our current committee is Aimee Siers, Renan Malkavian, Peter Waisgerber, and Jamie Chapman. This committee will not meet regularly until we have a new chair.
- We’re seeking members who love engaging our over 1000+ Alumni community, planning events, and nurturing relationships for speakers and panelists.
Anti-Racism / Seeking 2026 Chair
- This committee is seeking leadership from a Chair and new committee members. Our current bylaws require an active board member to hold a Chair position.
- Our Anti-Racism Committee supports our Executive Director and organization with Anti-Racism curriculum, Equity Scholarship Applications, and Board discussion. We seek to grow this committee to support Alumni Curriculum and community outreach. Our Committee, Chris Brown, Kelsey Roth, Penny Russel, Jamie Chapman, and Sheniqua Rogers, has tabled discussions without a chair.
